WHAT IS MY SIZE?

Good afternoon, good Monday, good week!

Inaugurating Naftalina's blog with a pertinent question, often asked: "Is this piece suitable for me?"

Having a "one size fits all" system in most pieces, and even in those that have sizes, we put the measurement information in the product description, which we explain below:

Dig to dig: measure from seam to seam, in the chest area.
For example, a piece that measures 50 cm from armhole to armhole fits those with a chest of up to 100 cm, measuring from the widest part of the bust.

Waist: refers to the measurement, from seam to seam, at the middle of the torso or below the chest. It is usually expressed as an interval because it is elastic. For example: 34-46cm (34cm from seam to seam without stretching the elastic, and 46cm from seam to seam with the elastic fully stretched).

Sometimes the location of this measurement varies with breast size. In the case of a dress with an elasticated waist, for example, if the person has little chest, it is larger than the torso; on the other hand, if the person has a large chest, it will already sit higher.

Hip: measured, from seam to seam, in the most prominent region of the hip (medium of the buttocks).

Length: measured from the top to the bottom of the piece.

It is important to take into account where the piece will sit (for example, on the shoulders or chest, in a bandeau), before measuring it yourself.

This measurement is the measurement of the piece, and not the height it is when worn, as this will vary depending on the person's size (whether they have more or less chest, more or less hip width, etc.).
